Avinash Chate is a two-time TEDx speaker, leadership author and behavioural coach whose three-decade journey has shaped over a thousand organisations across India. Born and raised in Maharashtra, he began his career on the factory floor before moving into sales leadership and finally into full-time learning and development. Today he advises boardrooms at RBI, the Indian Army, BARC and JSW Steels while still personally facilitating workshops for first-line supervisors. His mission is simple - to help every Indian professional discover the winning edge already inside them.
The Journey from Shop Floor to Stage
Avinash's early years in Pune's manufacturing belt taught him that real change happens at the shift-change tea-stall, not the corner office. After a successful run as a sales head, he turned trainer in 2003 and built ABC Trainings into one of Maharashtra's most respected institutes. Those classroom years gave him the empathy and storytelling that now define his keynotes. Whether the audience is jawans of the Border Roads Organisation or graduates at the Mumbai Port Authority, he speaks their language and earns their trust within minutes.
