A widely cited KPMG finding put a number on the cost of this impatience: roughly 75 percent of Indian graduates are simply not employable. When I read that, it did not surprise me, because I see the pattern every week. Freshers job-hop chasing money instead of learning. They treat honest feedback as personal criticism.
