A widely cited KPMG finding put a number on the cost of this impatience: roughly 75 percent of Indian graduates are simply not employable. When I read that, it did not surprise me, because I see the pattern every week. Freshers job-hop chasing money instead of learning. They treat honest feedback as personal criticism. They struggle to concentrate long enough to get genuinely good at anything. The apprenticeship mindset is the cure.
