Energy that lasts
Teams leave lifted — that part is visible on the day. What matters is that they are still working that way the following week, without anyone reminding them.

He builds and runs businesses — so he knows people management, business and leadership from the inside, not from a textbook.
Personally leads a 150+ member engineering & tech team — people management at real scale, every day.
Structured, systems-level thinking — engineering rigour applied to how teams and leaders actually perform.
A deep, practical understanding of human behaviour — why people do what they do, and how to move them.
Led by Passion. Built by Purpose.
Avinash Bhaskar Chate is a corporate trainer and motivational speaker, ranked #1 on Tring's 2026 list of Marathi motivational speakers. As the founder of ABC Trainings and The Future Corporate, he has spent more than a decade helping organisations across India change how they approach leadership, team building and professional development.
With 783+ sessions delivered for 80+ organisations — including RBI, JSW Steel, Ferrero, Kwality Wall's, CREDAI, Podar International, SAI International and NRB Bearings — he has earned a reputation for sessions that don't just inspire, but create lasting behavioural change in teams.
A TEDx speaker, author of three published books — The Winning Edge, its Marathi edition and The Unanswered — and creator of the proprietary KITE Leadership Framework and Disha Programme, he brings real-world business experience and a deep understanding of human psychology to every session. His next book, Stars at India Inc., is the forthcoming reference text for the KITE framework and its 25-Star set.
His training programmes span leadership and management development, sales excellence, team building and motivational keynotes — delivered on site at client venues, to audiences from frontline managers to the C-suite. Every session is designed to be high-energy, interactive and immediately actionable.
Every programme below is re-cut for the people in front of me — the pressure they are under, and the one behaviour that has to change when they walk out.
Programmes in rotation
Based on the 25-Star Competency Framework™ to transform professionals into top performers.
A flagship program for new and future leaders to build influence, trust, and strategic thinking.
Experiential outdoor learning to build teamwork, communication, and leadership through action.
A behavioral program to build trust, accountability, and collaboration in corporate teams.
Shifting teams from transactional selling to long-term customer value creation.
Helping professionals lead with awareness, manage emotions, and build high-trust workplaces.
Equipping dealers and franchisees to think, sell, and win like entrepreneurs.
A behavioural programme for shopfloor supervisors — team management, conflict management, and interpersonal communication with workers and senior leaders.
Energy is easy to create for an afternoon. These are the three things a session is worth judging on.
Teams leave lifted — that part is visible on the day. What matters is that they are still working that way the following week, without anyone reminding them.
Everyone leaves with a small set of frameworks they can use immediately. Fewer reasons why something did not happen, more people owning the part they control.
It turns up where you already measure. Clearer communication, teams that stop working around each other, and managers who move the numbers instead of reporting them.
If that is what you need from your next event, send me the date and tell me about the room.

From the people who booked the session, and the people who sat in it.
From session attendees
“Good session on The OXYGEN Framework — Aim for 93. The content was relevant and well-presented. Learned several practical techniques that are useful in daily work.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Two-wheeler selling is decided in the first five minutes and nobody trains you for that. The second day of the Complete Sales Professional sessions covered exactly this, with actual practice rather than only slides.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Would recommend it to any consultant who thinks he already knows the job — that was me. Objection handling on day two of the sales professional programme showed me how much I talk and how little I ask.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Day two did more for me than day one. Handling a customer who says he will come back later — that portion alone justified sitting through the Complete Sales Professional sessions.”
Strong Wings Honda
“If you keep losing people after the enquiry stage, day two is the session to attend. The follow-up call structure is the bit I actually kept — I use something close to it with every walk-in now.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Suits experienced staff as much as freshers, which surprised me — twelve years on the floor and the opening day still gave me a cleaner way to qualify a customer before the test ride.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Useful for the front desk, not only the sales side. Content was fine and the delivery kept things lively; the room was a little crowded, so the group activities on day one took longer than planned.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Anybody facing customers daily should sit through this once. Simple language, no heavy English, and the opening day kept the room awake till evening, which itself says something.”
Strong Wings Honda
“Learned to spot the early signs before things slide, at work and at home. Examples used in the OXYGEN Framework were close to our daily work, so nothing felt borrowed from somewhere else.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Little corrections beat big resolutions: that is what I picked up. The OXYGEN Framework programme kept moving and the time went faster than I expected, which rarely happens with trainings.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Key learning for me was listening properly instead of waiting for my turn to reply. The Aim for 93 sessions stayed interactive and questions were taken patiently, even the off-track ones.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“My main takeaway was the self-check routine, simple enough to actually use on a busy day. The later modules of the OXYGEN Framework felt rushed to me though; another hour on the group exercises would have helped.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Came away with two or three things I could apply the same week, which is more than I usually expect from a training day. The Aim for 93 idea was well structured and the trainer clearly knew his subject.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Biggest learning for me: energy is something you manage, not something you sit and wait for. The trainer held the room from start to finish, and with a mixed group in an OXYGEN Framework session that is not easy.”
Airox Technologies Limited
“Now I understand why some days drain me more than others, and that alone made attending worthwhile. The discussion in the second half of the OXYGEN Framework was unusually open.”

From companies & organisers
“The training session on Team Building & Becoming a Star at Workplace was exceptional. The concepts were practical and immediately applicable to our work. Highly recommend for any professional looking to grow.”
HR · CIE Aluminium casting India Ltd
“I was satisfied with how the day ran and the feedback from our people was positive. If we book it again I would ask for a longer closing session — there was not quite enough time to turn the discussion into clear next steps for each team.”
Senior Management · Kaeser Compressors India
“I sat in after approving the plan and was relieved to see our team take to it so quickly. It was well paced, the room was read correctly, and arranging it asked very little of my team.”
Senior Management · Kaeser Compressors India
“A professional development session for company secretaries can very easily turn dry. This one did not — the speaker kept it conversational, took questions as they came, and our members stayed back long after the session was due to end.”
Secretary, Aurangabad Chapter of WIRC of ICSI · Institute of Company Secretaries of India
“For our chapter's development programme the brief was to address practising professionals rather than students, and that was understood clearly. Pitched at the right level, and the arrangement from first call to closing was hassle-free for the organising team.”
Senior Management · Institute of Company Secretaries of India
“Any institute that has grown faster than its systems should consider this. As a director I mainly wanted the staff to loosen up before the new batch season, and the day of motivation and team work managed that without turning into pure entertainment.”
Director · Sakaar Classes, Aurangabad
“Good fit for institutes where teaching faculty and office staff hardly cross paths. Putting both groups into one team building and motivation session was a bit of a gamble on our part, and it worked out — people who had never spoken beyond a hello were talking by lunch.”
Senior Management · Sakaar Classes, Aurangabad
“Clear, well-paced delivery, without the sermonising these topics usually invite. As a manager I found the segments on sustaining team energy through routine work relevant; the productivity half was somewhat lighter than the motivation half.”
Manager · Reserve Bank of India
“Questions were opened out to the room in a way that made it feel less like a session and more like a conversation among colleagues. On motivation and productivity, the illustrations came from ordinary office life instead of textbook corporate cases, which made them easier to accept.”
Senior Management · Reserve Bank of India
“Conducted interactively, with exercises spaced through it, which worked for a weekday afternoon slot. Participant feedback on the motivation and productivity session was largely positive, though a few asked for a version with more room for open discussion.”
HR Manager · Reserve Bank of India
“Very little of the usual training theatre here — no forced games, no slogans. The points on motivation were put across plainly and left us with something to consider about how our own sections run day to day. A good use of a working afternoon.”
Senior Management · Reserve Bank of India
“A short, well-organised session, with the topics sequenced logically enough to follow without notes. After a long stint in service I did not expect much that was new, and some of it was familiar — but the treatment of motivation and productivity was more grounded than most.”
Senior Management · Reserve Bank of India
“Kept largely to conversation and small tasks, slides used sparingly. That approach suits a group of senior colleagues who do not take kindly to being lectured. The session on motivation and productivity left people still discussing it well past closing time.”
Senior Management · Reserve Bank of India
“Suited to departments where the work is repetitive and the same team sits together year after year. We were expecting a standard lecture on employee motivation and productivity; instead most of the floor was talking, including people who normally stay quiet in such programmes.”
Manager · Reserve Bank of India
“Format suited our office well — compact, with participation built in instead of a long address. Our staff span a wide range of age and grade, and the Employee Motivation & Productivity Session kept both ends of that range with it. Coordination from our side was straightforward.”

Channels, profiles and listings, in one place.
Training sessions, keynotes and events across India.
A doctor examines before writing anything. The same order here — five stages, every engagement.
What the organisation wants to be true when this is over. Asked before any topic is discussed, because the topic is a guess until the goal is known.
What is going wrong now, in their words. The distance between that and the goal is the real brief, and it is often not the subject the enquiry named.
Finding the why. What a client reports is the symptom — this is where the cause is established, the way a doctor examines before writing anything. Nothing is designed until that is settled.
The training is then built for that diagnosis — drawing on the KITE framework, Disha or the 25-Star set, in the language of that floor.
The organisation is left with an action plan, not only a day: what to do next, and who carries it.
The first three stages happen before a single slide is written.
Keynotes, half- and full-day workshops, outbound training, leadership development programmes and motivational talks — delivered on site, at your venue, and tailored to your goals.
English, Hindi and Marathi — chosen to fit your audience, and mixed within a session where that works better for shop-floor, field-sales and channel-partner rooms.
Always. Every programme is built around your objectives, industry and audience. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
From intimate leadership groups of a dozen to auditoriums of several hundred — the energy scales either way.
He works from three bases — Pune, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Sangli — and delivers across India. International engagements are accepted subject to the brief, dates and travel.
