KITE, also called The Winning Kite, is his own model of workplace capability. Success sits at the top of the kite and is carried by three intelligences: emotional intelligence, described through twenty-five traits; relationship intelligence, worked through eight tools; and personality intelligence, built with ten techniques. The framework argues that what separates effective professionals is largely behavioural rather than technical.
