The Two Best Listeners I Knew — Or So I Thought Rashmi and Payal were my two most senior and trusted counsellors at my educational institute. They had years of experience, genuine warmth, and a track record of helping students navigate difficult career and life decisions. If I had asked any colleague to name our best communicators, Rashmi and Payal would have come up immediately.
