The Three-Tier LDP Architecture

The methodology blends classroom content with real-world rigour. Participants work on Live Business Challenges submitted by their CXO sponsors, present quarterly to a steering committee and receive 360-degree feedback at programme start and end. The KITE Framework is reinforced through journals, peer accountability circles and digital nudges. Avinash himself anchors keystone modules so that every cohort receives the same benchmark of facilitation quality. Manager-once-removed conversations ensure on-the-job application.
