The 25-Star Competency Framework
The 25-Star Competency Framework groups star behaviours into five clusters - Self-Mastery, Communication Power, Execution Discipline, Stakeholder Influence and Continuous Growth. Workshop modules then unpack each competency with simple frameworks, role-plays and Indian workplace stories. Programme Format and Delivery
The programme runs in three formats - a high-energy one-day workshop for large cohorts, a three-day intensive for select talent and a six-month blended journey for high-potential pools. Learners receive a workbook, the Star Habits journal and digital reinforcement nudges via WhatsApp for ninety days post-workshop. Sessions are available in English, Hindi and Marathi.
