A Quick Overview POGO is an acronym that stands for four sequential steps in a consultative sales conversation: P — Person: Build genuine rapport by learning about the individual — their personal life, their passions, their family. O — Organisation: Understand their company — its goals, its current challenges, its culture and the pressures it faces. G — Goals: Discover what they personally want to achieve from this product or service.
