A workshop that has sold locally on trust now has to quote a price it can hold, deliver a repeat batch that matches the sample, meet a date, and answer a buyer by message rather than across a counter. Those are trainable behaviours. A cluster or cooperative day, artisans together with the family members who handle the money, in Hindi, does more for a craft's survival than another subsidy. It sits naturally alongside the district's school, college and bank-branch days on the same visit.
