They have cleared exams, written assignments and worn the convocation gown. The numbers back this up. A well-known KPMG finding suggests that about 75 percent of Indian graduates are simply not employable in the form they arrive. That statistic should not make you anxious. It should make you curious. Because if three out of four people are unprepared, then preparation itself becomes your single biggest competitive advantage.
