Burhanpur was a textile entrepôt when Mughal caravans carried its cloth, and it never really stopped. Today it is Madhya Pradesh's powerloom capital. The scheduling point deserves saying once more, because owners here will agree to a bad date out of courtesy. Consignment weeks are not negotiable and neither is a loom that is running an order. Ask which fortnight is genuinely quiet, take the answer, and the same firm that would have sent two people sends eleven.
